The company is run and managed by a team of highly dedicated trekking and adventure travel consultants, a multidimensional personality and a well known figure in Nepalese tourism industry. It is officially registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Office of Company registrar, Cottage and Small industry, Income tax Office of Nepal and has remained an active member of Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA, Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA), Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP) and International Porters Protection Group (IPPG).
